Prevent access to searching directly from Google, but not via Google

Kids have Swiggle (which uses a customized Google search) as their homepage/search engine. They then search for Google and go there, bypassing Swiggle. If I block *google.com*, Swiggle doesn't work, but if I relax it to *google.com/search* it doesn't block search results. Doing this via a pac file as our filter isn't currently sophisticated enough to differentiate between users. Any ideas?

 

Yes, I know this shouldn't really be a technical problem.

so maybe block everything except google.com/url
