titch Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Hi all. Wondering if anyone puts there papercut usage on any signage around school. I've had a mess around with the widgets but can't figure out how to get anything going without logging in as someone. We use xibo for our signage. Any tips or tricks appreciated!
DrBeaker Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Not too sure about the Papercut client. But would you maybe willing to share some ideas for Xibo? Used it before in a previous school and it worked really well. Going to set it up in this one when I get chance. I'm always curious how other schools use it and deploy it etc.

Instalation was straight forward but that was with the old version and not the new docker version. We havent used that yet. http://www.edugeek.net/forums/general-chat/85502-xibo-accomplishments.html http://www.edugeek.net/forums/av-multimedia-related/108001-ideas-digital-signage-content.html 1
pete Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 There's the status URLs which can display things like pages printed in the last hour and general papercut health? The authorization key is in the URL. Options > Advanced > System Health Monitoring. 1

Currently I have: { "recentPagesCount" : 1168, "comment" : "The number of pages printed in the last 240 minutes." }
