Trouble watching C4

We're a JANET site and teachers are complaining that they can't watch C4 catch-up, and indeed they can't. The channels homepage just displays one line "All 4 Homepage"

and the catchup page says "We no longer support this version of Internet Explorer. Please update your browser for a better experience of All4.com" no matter what browser we use. We've contacted C4 but they haven't been able to help. Does any other JANET sites have ideas?

 

The last school I was at was BGFL, where we could watch the commercials on C4 catchup, but not the program itself.

Seriously though, don't they still use Flash? Could it be that that's been disabled for the site?

We have issues with C4 as we blocking adverts (had a fair few bad ones in the past), so we have a allow all list that we put staff on temporary. We are on BTLS which is via JANET.
