Wired iPad keyboard

Afternoon. We are looking into getting wired keyboards for a few iPads. We don’t want them to be Bluetooth for the reason you need to charge them and they are for our sen children who we need to just plug them in and go.

which is discontinued so I didn’t look into specs too much but has anyone seen or used a wired keyboard that they can suggest.

If you get an iPad with a smart keyboard connector, you can connect Apple's own Smart keyboard to them. AFAIK, they don't need charging.

 

Admittedly, they're frackin' expensive.

You'd be better off buying touchscreen chromebooks then you can use the keyboard or fold them over and use like a tablet.

Anything you try to connect to an Apple device is going to be expensive and limited. In my opinion. IOS 13 has only just added support for plugging in mice etc whilst this has been available on Android for about 5 years.
