If your new Headteacher wanted to make the move from your current situation; be it on-premises, G Suite or O365, and wanted to move to something you are currently not doing, what would your response be?

I would want to know why. Not because "I'm IT you can't tell me how to run things", but I'd want to understand why they thought what they're proposing would be better for the school. There may well be a very good reason to do it (cost cutting would be the main one) - if so, we'd need to understand whether their plan would actually do it. I doubt many HTs would have the IT or project management knowledge to make that assessment.
