SIMS Fault Code: 7136-1478-4000

Hi

 

Our attendance officer get the following fault code each time she tries to access the letter definition through Tools-Set Ups-Attendance Set up-Letter definition.

The fault code says that she does not access to the path SIMS\Attend\Templates\1374Attendance7Fields.csv

She has Pastoral Manager access, Attendance Manager and school administrator access rights in System manager.

I would double check the permissions to the folder path on the server, she will probably need write access to the attend folder and below
