Hi Our attendance officer get the following fault code each time she tries to access the letter definition through Tools-Set Ups-Attendance Set up-Letter definition. The fault code says that she does not access to the path SIMS\Attend\Templates\1374Attendance7Fields.csv She has Pastoral Manager access, Attendance Manager and school administrator access rights in System manager.

Hi I'm in the process of trying to tidy up our contacts in SIMS including deleting duplicate contacts. Where I have a a contact in more than once I'm trying to move all associated students to one contact so I can delete the duplicate but even when I have removed the contact from the pupils record it will still not let me delete the student from the contact. Any ideas?

Hi can anyone help? I have been sent a report from another local school which I have imported into SIMS with no problem. They have also been kind to send the template they have designed in Excel 2010 for this report. The problem is when I save this template on the C: drive in SIMS.net as a template it does not show when I try to select the template whilst in design report but if I save it as a 2003-2007 template it is visable but is no use as the formulas are not compatible. Why won't our system show 2010 templates, when this template shows on the SIMS system for the school that sent it to us. Thanks Julia
