Room booking

Hi

Does anybody have any recommendations for a room booking system that links to SIMS?

 

I need something that is CHEAP and will automatically update every time the timetable is altered.

Staff find it easy to use and although it has some limitations (Mostly due to how it gets info from SIMS mind you) its quite feature rich and price is pretty good. However ideally changing MIS would be better long term and pretty much all of them have room booking built in.

I don't really use it myself so can't quote on how it works and how much it costs but might be worth looking into.

We use Room Booking System and it works really well. Syncs with SIMS every night, or you can do a manual sync too. It has a helpdesk function too which we've found really useful for our IT and Premises department.

 

Costs approx £700 per year though so not sure how that will fit in with cheap...

Another vote for https://www.schoolbooking.com/ we moved from http://www.roombookingsystem.co.uk and made a saving without losing functionality.
