Sorry, one of those "non technical" solutions would be better here; both these options invite actual damage to sockets rather than inconvenience! If someone's bored enough they'll pluck that cable out without a second thought.

You could try trimming the tab on the RJ45 plug itself, just short enough that it tucks in behind the fascia of the wall plate but still long enough to lock the plug. You'd then just need the right shaped peperclip to unhook it if you needed to unplug.

 

YMMV depending on the design of the wall module moulding.
