I thought the film was OK for what it was apart from the dodgy Bondian naming: "Sabina Pleasure" didn't seem appropriate for a teenage character. Not read any of the books, but this is supposed to be based on the second book and yet seems to be an origin story? I personally think it looks like "Grange Hill" does Bond, but I'm probably not the target audience.

 

AFAICT it's one of those "let's get it made and hope someone buys it" shows. Can't find any sign of a broadcaster yet, but as Sony are behind it I guess they have their own channels if the worst comes to the worst.
