BFCIT Posted November 6, 2019 Posted November 6, 2019 Hi all, After a bit of advice. We use GSuite for Education (not enterprise). From what I can see, Google's 'Security Centre' which allows you to search through email and cloud content is only available to: "The security center is available with G Suite Enterprise, Drive Enterprise, G Suite Enterprise for Education, and Cloud Identity Premium. Some features in the the security center—for example, data related to Gmail and Drive—are not available with Cloud Identity Premium." This means that at the moment, we have no way of adhering to lawful requests such as subject access requests which may include email and cloud services, unless I am missing something obvious? Does anybody know if I can buy a small number of 'Gsuite for education enterprise' license for our current Google tenancy and apply it to our super admins? if so does anybody have any recommend contacts? Thanks
chris_uk Posted November 6, 2019 Posted November 6, 2019 It would be worth touching base with this company, https://www.haptic-networks.com/contact-us/ they are amazing at G Suite stuff. They will be able to give you the best answer on how to proceed. Chris 1

IrritableTech Posted November 6, 2019 Posted November 6, 2019 We have access to vault, but no where in there can I see a full email content search? It's a bit odd. Create a Matter, I use a generic one for all my searches, so it's called 'Search' or similar. Then click on that matter, and click search from the menu on the left. Here you can search mail or drive and limit the scope to one account or all accounts. Specify your time period. Finally add your search terms and hit search. You'll generate a list of emails or documents you can read in a collapsed form. 1
