Can't comment on hardware but for internal calls we use the free version of Truconf.

PotNoodleTech Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 We just started using Google Meet to conference with university in the USA. Worked a treat all we needed was a single chromebook. Get a USB external MIC for higher quality if you can. The head was well chuffed - no need to spend £20k on some overpriced high end system! Do it for free!
