MYK-IT Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Why is it that what initially appears to be the simplest of software to install (not just because it is free) always seem to be the most problematic... Anyway, Godot. Anyone else using it? Despite being a standalone .exe, it appears due to (our) internet filtering (mainly DPI-SSL) it only partially works. Although I can identify the offending SSL Certificates (and exclude them from DPI-SSL) the downside (on our SonicWALL anyway) is that when a domain is excluded from DPI-SSL it effectively makes that entire website / domain accessible by all (e.g. bypasses Content Filtering) even if you put the URL in the denied list. (http version of the url is blocked, but not the https variant!) raw.githubusercontent.com Client handshake error-error:14094418:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca user-images.githubusercontent.com Client handshake error-error:14094418:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca github.com Client handshake error-error:14094418:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca notabug.org Client handshake error-error:14094418:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca imgur.com Client handshake error-error:14094418:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca i.imgur.com Client handshake error-error:14094418:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca gitlab.com Client handshake error-error:14094418:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca Whilst GitHub domain is OK, ideally don't want our students procrastinating all day long at (inappropriate) images hosted on imgur.com Any suggestions? Workarounds? Many Thanks,
