Simcfc73 Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Hi, We've been running Dragon for a while now using a site license, its only on 13 so we are a few versions back. Just got a quote through as they don't do site license anymore and its almost £400 per license for the pro version. I've looked at a few alternatives, Dictate seemed OK, the built in W10 didn't like my voice at all and Read and Write seems to just use the M$ voice recognition. Has anyone used anything else that might be viable.
mavhc Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 What are you using it for? Google Docs (tools>voice typing in Chrome) and MS both have cloud voice recognition (click in a text field, press windows-h) now. This is a test of the windows 10 speech recognition so far it has everything correct. Hey, it worked.
GiggleKitteh Posted October 17, 2019 Posted October 17, 2019 Have a look at this company https://www.hands-free.co.uk/ We get Dragon NS Pro for £232.00 from them. Only downside is the license is tied to a specific user so not suitable for general usage.
