[ms office - 2007] Office '07 Graphics Printing Trouble

Right, had a quick search for this or similar problems to this but...

 

Some student are experiencing problems when printing grahics and other media from office '07 apps.

 

symptoms seem to be charts with areas missing etc or WordArt with letters missing.

 

The printer is a Brother mono, but has no problems with other apps.

 

Anyone had anything similar and found a fix?

Had similar problems but with HP printers, sometimes changing the DPI printing to better quality or printing backwards sorts out the issue, but then again that's just because the new age of cheaper HP printers and drivers are, well, sh....

I've had some weird printing problems from office 2007 mainly from Excel (not printing gridlines at all) or outlook (Printing message header, but not the body)

 

We solved most of them by turning off Advanced Print Options (or something like that!) in the printer driver on the server, ours are all HP printers, so don't know if Brother printers have an equivalent.
