I also made a poster with a big red arrow pointing to the button to click, which no one read, but at least I can point to it when people ask me.

 

Is there a logoff if idle/switched user for x mins thing for Windows?

Found out also that when you disable the option for "hidden Files" they can still enable it again via file explorer in Windows 10

 

Had to create a GPO and use some ones custom adm template to grey out the option.
