SCCM Stuck

I have been setting up sccm for the first time but I cant get the installer passed the two errors below in the screenshots any idea.

Did you download the Windows 10 ADK and the WinPE?

Edit: Also looks like you need to change the SQL collation. See:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/collations/set-or-change-the-database-collation?view=sql-server-ver15
