We're probably going to need some Windows integration/MDM as wel e.g. JAMF. I'm aware of KRCS and Jigsaw24. Any other recommendations? Thanks

Looking at the last six months worth of help desk tickets, their average response time is 6 minutes with an average resolution time of between 7 to 111 minutes.
