User group policy issue

I've got an issue this morning whereby USER group policies are not applying correctly on some machines but not others:-

 

* The PCs are in the same OU

* The policies are applied to the user

* If I login to one PC, all 12 GPO's apply, yet if I login to another PC then only 2 apply

 

Delegation and security filtering all list domain users

 

I've tried a GPUpdate /force

I've checke the application event log, and nothing there

 

A grpresult /h confirms the symptoms I've described

How's your DNS looking? AD and DNS tie in closely - while it's not the most obvious cause, DNS issues can cause all sorts of weirdness. Think things like stale records, refresh and no-refresh intervals etc.
