Clicker 7/Learning grids issue

Morning all,

 

This has been giving me a headache for the past couple of days and i just can't seem to figure it out.

 

We have Clicker 7 on our machines and we use learning grids website for downloadable resources but for some reason the learning grids resources wont download from within the program. They will download direct from the website, and play in the program though.

I believe we have done all this, even tested without the firewall on and still no luck. Our broadband supplier says its going through fine, but i just cant pinpoint the problem

 

When right clicking and save target as, I get the following message:

Web Browser

 

[Content]

Unable to download ResourceStream.ashx from http://www.learninggrids.com.

 

The file could not be written to the cache.

 

 

Any help would be appreciated - window 1709 and up, default browser is chrome.

Does it do it as a Admin? could it be a permissions issue?
