Asset Management and Helpdesk Solutions

Hi All,

 

I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for helpdesk solutions that also link to asset management? AD link and maybe even mobile app/webpage use for easy auditing would be great too?

 

Anyone know of a solution that ticks these boxes?

We've just been asked to look at Spiceworks help desk, I believe you can use AD integration. They also do Inventory systems and other tools.
