Badaz52 Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 Hi everyone, We are currently using the free O365 service in a hybrid exchange mode. All of our mailboxes are in the cloud. We have an interesting problem with email encryption, as a rule we encrypt all email that leaves the organisation and are experimenting with the different RMS templates available to us: Highly confidential/all employees Confidential/all employees Encrypt Do not forward Ideally we want users that receive attachments in their emails to be allowed to download/save as and open the document that way, the way in which you would expect. Encrypt only allows them to view in their web browsers (if they are using a Microsoft email account), confidential/all employees would allow them to save as except they are not an employee so that doesn't work and I tried do not forward and this doesn't work either. My thinking was I would just build a custom RMS template except I can't find the settings for it in the Azure admin pane. Is this a licensing issue?
