[sims] Census Error/Query Codes 3020Q & 3030Q

Hi

 

Anyone having difficulties with query codes 3020Q and 3030Q?

 

'Please check: Maths GCSEgrade achieved is D-G / 3-1, Uor NR and the student isrecorded as not having afunding exemption. If thestudent is not undertaking themandatory re-take of thissubject, they may not becounted in funding calculations'

 

The students have the grade in of a 3, Not Achieved and No Exemption. I have added them to a resit course in Course Manager but I am receiving the query for each student who has not achieved a 4.

 

I know it's only a query but best to double check these things.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi,

 

Yes, it is just a double check for you to ensure they are on resit courses. When you upload to COLLECT it will not show as a query.

 

It is worth checking and re-checking as any student who should be on a resit course should be or you will lose funding.
