gpjt Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 Morning! How would you suggest that i merge two O365 email accounts and make one of those primary? Both the domains are in the same tenant. The users currently have the two accounts seperate e.g [email protected], [email protected] and access at the moment through Outlook. I've seen a few recommendations like: Using powershell to merge them (limited knowledge on PS and would need the syntax to do so) Move all the emails into the one account and then delete it and create the alias from the primary account Merge PST's (although seen 3rd party tools that would need payment) Is there another way? TIA

gpjt Posted September 18, 2019 Author Posted September 18, 2019 Thank you! Not sure i'm confident enough to mess with PS too much! They are SLT mailboxes, so don't want to mess it up!
LTurner3692 Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 You can always create a few test accounts and do it on them first 1
HPlum78 Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 Ah SLT is slang for test accounts is it not? :-p
