Convert EDRW file

My DT department have an EDRW file which comes from SolidWorks which we don't have. They would like to open it in Techsoft 2D, which we do have! I've had a Google but can't find a route across. Does anyone know how I can convert it, even if it needs to go to via Autodesk (which we also don't have) or something?

I think you need to get the Solidworks file exported in something else... Depending on the content of the file that may not even be possible as there may be geometry that Techsoft isn't capable of rendering!

New DT Technician who doesn't know where it came from, so we can't get it exported to something else. We can open it with a viewer, which will also save it is a jpg/png/others which Techsoft 2D will import, but not at all successfully as they are only pictures.
