Office 2019 - Insert online picture\video greyed out.

Hi there

 

We are having an issue that online content such as insert online picture or video is greyed out.

 

 

Acording to this site below there is no updates or anything that is needed for this to work.

Do you have any GPOs that block online content? e.g.

Online Content Options Enabled

Online content options Allow Office to connect to the Internet
