I'm getting about two emails a day with the subject line : Request to Reset Microsoft Online Services Password for Their password is their AD password and even if I reset it how would I pass this information on to the student? How do others handle student request for passwords to be reset when they are away from school? Cheers
chazzy2501 Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 I tell the pupils they can change their passwords on the school computers using ctrl+alt+del.
