[ms office - 2016] Office 2016 policies not applying

Hi,

 

We have Windows 10 1809 LTSC and Office 2016. We are trying to apply the restricted browsing and place list policies. When I run RSOP on a target machine the policies are there and don't show any errors however when I check in Office it appears nothing has been configured. I have attached a screenshot showing the policy we have configured. Does anybody have any advice?

It appears I misunderstood what the policies did. If I press browse the drives I added in the GPO appear on the left hand side. The main issue we are having is the default save location is restricted to students so they recieve an error message, is there a way to change it?
