Capita Reading Cloud/Eclipse - Contact details!? Trying to leave

Hey,

 

Trying to give Capita our notice to leave, made a ticket back in May to enquire about our license terms and got told 2 weeks later that it had been passed on to the accounts team and they will get in contact. Obviously got nothing back as it's Capita and have been chasing ever since but got nowhere, calling the number just rings forever from my experience!

 

Now it's after the summer Does anyone have any direct email address/number for the accounts team there? Now it's September and we're actually getting close to needing to move on so I want to actually finally speak to someone!

edit: Finally got a response after 4 or so months. Found out it's a 30 day notice period, not 90 as with other Capita products, but your mileage may vary!
