HyperV VM's not booting with memory error after Windows updates

Anyone have any idea what causes the problem below...

 

Did some updates on Windows Server 2016 and went to turn on my HyperV VM's.

They wouldnt boot giving an out of memory error. Rebooting the host didnt help either.

The only way I got round this was decreasing the memory allocation and then it booted.

 

Any ideas?
