Checkpoint merge failed

Hey all

 

About month ago veeam started to fail due to checkpoint error on all my virtual machines I have been scratching my head for the last month. today I figured that if you shutdown the virtual machine I will take a checkpoint then boot the VM backup and checkpoints start working. I have noticed in drive that stores all the vhdx that the last 5 have all today's dates on aprt from 1 that has 10/5/2019 on it doesn't seem to be mergin that one. Still working out why checkpoints stop working after a few days as well.

Is it "Vss.WaitForBackupDocsToBeFlushed", because I'm getting that too - currently trying to figure out why it's suddenly started failing.
