I have issues with workstations not picking the GPO recently. Please suggest if you know any Active directory experts.

What issue exactly are you facing? I'm sure people here would be happy to help you with some steps to try before needing to pay a consultant

Are you workstations in the right OU?

 

Have you run gpresult to see if policies are applying?

Yep some more details would come in handy here, @genesis. What's the problem you're seeing and there's sure to be someone around who may be able to help?

 

(also check the time on the workstations and the DC's / NTP server )
