ErGO AS3 163 all in One Computers

Hi I'm hoping someone can help me, I have a number of Ergo AS3 All In One computers, that need their hard disks replaced with SSD drives. I'm trying to get hold of a disassembly pdf for the device so that I can open it. Unfortunately Ergo have told me they no longer have access to that info, and as far as they know it's the two screws at the bottom that's holding it together.

 

Unfortunately, I've unscrewed the two screws, and I'm trying to slide it up, slide it down, pull it up and nothing is working. I'm hoping someone here might know what the issue is, or better still might have access to the disassembly doc. Crazy that Ergo say they don't have access to the document. I know it's an old machine, but schools are known for having dated equipment, so hugely unhelpful that they don't have access to the doc.

I've never seen one of these. However, just from looking at some pictures online, I'd suggest that you'd need to remove the stand if at all possible.

Following that I'd guess that the back panel is clipped in place all the way around the edge. You'll need a spatula or flathead screwdriver to twist into the seam and pop the clips off.

found it. Just in case anyone else is looking for it, the stand that holds the screen upright is also screwed into the back panel, but you can't see the screws because they are covered by a plastic piece that you have to pull off.
