Hi, What do people use for recording extra-curricular activities?

So things such as trips to Sports events, music concerts. Any club that happens away from school.

Firstly why does the school want to know this?

Our mat has asked us to record this. They are providing Evolve Clubs so we can use it for registers and they can analyse the data to their heart's content.

So these are school run clubs?

 

Our school uses Sims for after school clubs. The club is added as an extra period and students allocated to it.

I add them as Alternative Curriculum but because they are non-compulsory, the teachers add each student manually.
