Office 365 keyword search for SAR FOI over the summer to alert someone

It has been highlighted by our DPO to our head that we still need to respond by the 30 days if one comes in by email over the summer. Has any one figured out how to set up a keyword scan in O365 to email an account that is monitored. We currently have A1 licences. Ive tried various parts of https://protection.office.com but i'm drawing a blank.
