Live Register as a Cashless Catering provider - any bad experiences?

Specifically bad experiences because every comment I've seen on here has been singing their praises to one degree or another.

 

So does Live Register do anything silly? Sub-optimal? Downright aggravating? Either as a product or a company?

 

(they have presented to us, we were impressed, this is due diligence)

We don’t use liveregiter for cashless catering but we do use for access control. No problem at all.

 

Engineers are brilliant..

We use them for biometric reg for sixth form. Can’t fault them at all.
