[ltsb, 1607] Windows 10 Offline Files Error

Hi,

 

Sorry if my post is a bit all over the place, its Friday, I'm tired and I hate hot weather.

 

We are having issues with our Offline files that when they sync, some staff see errors that the sync failed for another staff members user area - Access denied. The error is

 

So Michael Knight will run a sync and it will fail saying:

 

Sync failed for \\\staffwork$\JoeBloggs - Reason - Access Denied.

 

But I don't know why its doing that.

I have found that if I select Sync all, it syncs fine. But the error occurs when the background sync or if I select the sync partnership and click sync it happens.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
