FMS error 'Missing or out-of-date export dll'

On one of our computers (remote desktop) we are getting the following error message when trying to export a VAT report from FMS to save as excel.

 

'Missing or out-of-date export dll'

 

FMS is fine on the schools other computers.

 

Any ideas as I have not had anything back from our support in a week

Just posted on the other thread:

 

From memory this is to do with the Crystal Report DLLs. I've had this a few times in the past and I think the DLLs may have been copied to C:\users\%installers-username%\windows so it's not accessible by other users. Though if you installed via Solus, it should have put them in the windows directory. If you google this error in relation to Crystal as opposed to SIMS, you should get an answer. I think one time I had to move it to the 32bit directory, etc..
