Diasend Uploader

Hi all,

 

I have been provided with some software called Diasend Uploader that I need to get working for some sort of diabetic monitor. We have RM broadband and I have unblocked all the URLs requested in the Diasend documentation and I am still getting no joy. When I run the software it just says check your internet connection. Works fine when I tether to my phone and use 4G so has to be something network related.

 

Any of you come across this software and got any tips on how you got it working?

Have you tired using "Netsh Winhttp Import Proxy Ie"

 

This will update the computer to use RM proxies to for system level?

Thanks for the suggestion but it hasn't worked unfortunately. Apparently there are two different versions of the software and support, one called Glooko and another called Diasend. I have contacted Diasend and they have sent me a list with some completely different URLs and firewall rules to implement so ill try those next.

Have you tried using something like Fiddler 4 to see if there are any other sites being used that may need to be unblocked?

So it turns out the documentation I was looking at was for US customers. The document their support sent me had different URLs, IPs and ports to open. Once this was done the software works without issue. Thank you for your suggestions though guys will definitely look at Fiddler next time im in a similar situation.
