Senso Cloud - Any of you recommend it?

I'm starting to get a bit miffed with Impero so i've recently started looking into replacements. I've come across Senso cloud - do you guys have any experience with it and would you recommend it?

We have been using it for around 6 months now. If you have multiple sites, then it is invaluable.

 

Has its quirks, but they are super quick at resolving them. Non of this "wait for the next release" stuff you get from Impero.

 

Its also nice, not having to deploy an update every few weeks.

Running Impero, I'm more than used to a few 'quirks' by now.

 

Do you run the safeguarding module? How good is the keyword detection?

We moved from Impero to Senso in September and haven't looked back. Yes we have had a few small problems but nothing like we did with Impero and Senso do actively resolve the problems quickly and are open to recommendations.

Been using Senso for a little while now. I think it's brilliant, very impressed with the response times from the clients considering previous cloud products have a huge delay when executing commands. Very easy to use and administer.

 

The development team are great too. I found an issue with one of the features, they rectified it during my chat with them and released a patch.

 

I haven't spent too much time on the safe guarding module, but it's picked up all of my test key words on numerous machines. Any key words found, the client grabs a screen capture for review. Reports are sent out at the start of the week to who ever you want.

 

I really recommend it.

Another recommendation - it's an invaluable tool.

 

I work across 7 sites in a MAC, with Senso I can remote onto each server from any location as well as provide remote support for users both staff and student alike. The policys feature is also very useful - you can setup powershell/Bat and Visual Basic scripts at logon.

Had a demo when I was still in education and really liked it. Found that netsupport was equally likeable and more capable in areas we needed so got that instead but senso is a decent choice.
