TomHD Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 (edited) Hi All, For sometime my Papercut dashboard just shows empty boxes where all the monitoring stats used to show. This happens in all browsers! Any idea, a quick google didn't give me anything solid to work from Thanks, TomHD Well that doesn't fix it Edited June 5, 2019 by TomHD
TomHD Posted June 5, 2019 Author Posted June 5, 2019 Could it be to do with the message at the top? Nope unfortunately not, that is the option to share data with Papercut. Have been on to Papercut support and they have suggested a reinstall and restore, will update this thread if it fixes the issue. I think the issue is SNMP based as I seem to not be getting low toner email notifications either
Big_Ted Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Got any logs from the time it happened? what about the /user page or the embedded side of things, are they working? 1
TomHD Posted June 5, 2019 Author Posted June 5, 2019 (edited) Got any logs from the time it happened? what about the /user page or the embedded side of things, are they working? User summary page is working fine and the embedded is all good. Will have a look at the logs now, issue began after having our print fleet upgraded... as mentioned Papercut support has recommended a fresh install and restore the db so will try that this evening Nothing in the logs unfortunately, if its any help I am getting these errors on the Dashboard page... robyholmes Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 I often see this after making some changes. Like the server is still processing them. Do you find it works at the start or end of the day when the system is quieter? 1

MatthewL Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Is it the same if you go RDP to the server and use http://127.0.0.1:9191/admin does it do the same?
TomHD Posted June 6, 2019 Author Posted June 6, 2019 Is it the same if you go RDP to the server and use http://127.0.0.1:9191/admin does it do the same? I don't see much as the JS is blocked on the server but I see more than on Chrome on my desktop...
MatthewL Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 Have you restarted the PaperCut services to see if that makes any difference also also removed any proxy to see if that works?
