Stone Group - AccessIT

Not sure where to put this inquiry so feel free to move it to the right place.

 

I have stumbled upon something that stone group looks to be recently offering. This is called AccessIT. There isn't much information on the website about it. Just wondering if anyone has this in place or has any opinions on this.

Wonderful. so that's AccessIT, a laptop/equipment loan system which is not AccessIT, the education library management system that's been around years.... Not confusing at all! Wonder if Stone did any research beforehand...

The difference is AccessIT is the 1:1 scheme Stone group offers with the capital "IT" and the other is Accessit which is the Library system with the lowercase "it".

We used this scheme a few years ago but it proved too much work for the finance department. Even though Stone assured us it was hassle free, it has not been so the finance department just will not entertain such a scheme in the future. When you look at the figures it just really turns out to be bit of a VAT avoidance scheme - which seems great for the student, not so much for the school. Shame really.

I can help you with this, our 1:1 scheme has now been overhauled from a few years ago and there is no hassle for the Accounts department (not sales speak I promise) all the admin is managed by ourselves. Please feel free to give me a call or PM m and we can run through it in more detail
