Konica Bizhub copier - Userid/Password Google Cloud Print

I have Konica Photcopiers etup - but on Windows they ask for a userid/password. How do I do this on Google Cloud Print so when you send a print, the authenication works.

Is there a GCP web interface on the photocopier where you can map email addresses to userids?
