Whatsapp getting through!

Hi all,

 

Anybody else having issues blocking Whatsapp? We are with SWGFL and use their filtering, however, Whatsapp is getting through the filter. Whatsapp keep using different IP address ranges and are constantly being added to.

 

Anyone else?

Check this thread I posted on last year, about trying to unblock WhatsApp. On the second page, there are several links to WhatsApp and Facebook's IP ranges. If you reverse what I was trying to do, you should be able to block what you need.

Yes a call is open and it's been open since early March. Although your guys are trying to work through it there is no resolution as yet. If it is affecting us I wanted to know if it is affecting anybody else, as I can't see a reason why it wouldn't be. As far as I can see, and I believe your guys have checked as well, there is nothing set up to allow Whatsapp through, but messages are still getting through! It appears that there are a lot of different IP addresses being used by them.
