Remote into a Mac with Citrix?

We use Citrix throughout our network heavily and when outside of our network it's beautiful to be able to connect to apps and desktops remotely but really it only works well for Windows based apps. RDP works great for Windows but for Mac I can't seem to find an app to install that works smoothly.

 

I've tried VNC but it's clunky and slow. Our network does not allow Logmein and our services as we strictly rely on Citrix for security reasons.

 

Anyways, has anyone had luck using another app that can be installed on Citrix and a Mac to allow for a seamless RDP session?

I may be in danger of teaching granny to suck eggs but Citrix Receiver (now Workspace) may help?

Not Citrix sorry but we use guacamole to connect to our Mac servers externally

Thanks for the response but Workspace does not give me a remote desktop option to remote into another Mac at work. I use "Workspace" currently to connect to our services, desktops etc. but it still doesn't offer a solution to remote into another mac.
