sted Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 i wonder if threes a sysprep file on the media thats setting options on install?
TwistedHelixis Posted May 11, 2019 Author Posted May 11, 2019 Which build version are you using, build 17677 had some of these bugs. https://social.technet.microsoft.com...nServerPreview Its on 17763.475. If you scroll to the last post in your link the issue is still present in other builds Do you have anyway to download a copy from MVLSC? No - Can I just download the ISO from the MS evaluations download page? - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-server-2019 Also, when I try to follow some of the information to check the following policy- gpedit > computer configuration > admin templates > windows components > data collection and preview builds I do not even have admin templates as an option Just out of interest.... Can you actually update Yes, updates seem OK So at this point, unless anyone has any great ideas I think my main question is, am I able to use the ISO file on the MS evaluations download page, will it work with a MAK key?
TwistedHelixis Posted May 14, 2019 Author Posted May 14, 2019 So I downloaded the eval version from MS but the DELL OS install software does not recognise the OS as a supported version, so I am just going to stick with what I have for the moment. Everything seems OK apart from the message in update about being in a manged environment.
