Random can access network, ping websites but not browse

Hi all,

I have a very frustrating issue. Randomly 4 machines on our network, 2 desktop and 2 laptops, different makes and models which have a network connection and can access the various shares we have on the network. The problem being when you try and browse the internet we get "page cannot be displayed" or "Server not found." This happens in all browsers, Chrome, IE. If however I ping the website we get a successful reply as also when a tracert is done.

3 of the machines are installed with Windows 7 and the 4th is Windows 10 so not O/S specific.

This is what i have tried so far:

1) Basics: Wifi switch, network cables

2) Repair Adapter

3) Reinstall Drivers

4) Boot in Safe Mode w/ Networking

5) Virus/Malware/Rootkit/Adware Scans

6) ipconfig /release /renew

7) Flush DNS

8) netsh winsock reset

9) No proxies set -> all default obtain automatically.

10) Uninstall all 3rd Party Firewalls/Antivirus, Turn Off Windows Firewall

11) Re-imaged the computers

I'm really stuck on this one and would appreciate any help?

Thank you very much in advance if any of you guys have any ideas!

Does the machine act the same in a different port, preferably a port a machine works ok in?

Have you done a GPResult?

Are the Mac address OK and not duplicated?

Is the PC getting the expected IP?
