AB Tutor going missing

AB Tutor v9 is installed in two computer science classrooms. We have created our own DNS that the client connects to. But for some odd reason on a certain PC, the client version will randomly go missing. It is not possible for students to accessed the settings to uninstall manually, nor can they use the command prompt.

I have had a look through the event logs without any success.

This often happens to the console version also, where it will search for the wrong DNS or again, go missing entirely.

 

Any help to why this is happening will be much appreciated
