Drive File Stream Proxy issue

Got a google drive file stream issue that I can't figure out.

 

A desktop has it installed and has worked this year. User recently went to log into it and gets a "Can't reach google drive. Try adjusting your proxy settings" error after attempting to log in.

 

I have tried logging in as teachers and admin same issue.

Tried changing the proxy address to our limited one and still the same issue.

 

The settings are the same as another desktop and it works on there with the same users.

 

Anyone else had this or have any ideas?
