Another Windows 10 Start Menu issue (Tiles)

So i'm having a reoccurring issue that seems to randomly happen, to random people, once it happens the only thing ive been able to do is a full profile reset, and hope it doesn't happen next time.

 

So some of the tiles (not all) are missing, all of the applications are installed, and ive attached a SS of the startmenuxml we use.

 

 

Any Ideas?

When the tile is missing does the shortcut appear in the start menu?

Do you use Roaming Profiles or redirect AppData at all? We had that problem, normally after the user tried to change the tiles round or add something. The AppData couldn't be written back or it corrupted somehow causing a lot of them to disappear. Local/Mandatory profiles were fine though.

I hadn't thought of that, when i looked, indeed the missing icons where also missing from the start menu, once replaced (and restarted) the icons where back in the tile!... now to work out why they are going missing from the start menu.
